Front Desk Lead
Someone who can handle the organized chaos, make clients feel like VIPs, and keep the salon running behind the scenes. Here’s the plot:
- Sales is your thing. You’re comfortable recommending products, talking money, and helping clients find the right services for their hair goals.
- You’re tech-savvy. Computers, email, texting, booking systems, scheduling, and inventory? You’re ready to learn it all.
- You’re ready to learn the business. You’ll learn how our salon operates, how to book appointments correctly, and how to appropriately quote clients for our services.
- People skills are NON-NEGOTIABLE. You’re the first face our clients see when they walk in and the last one they see when they leave. Your energy, communication, and customer service matter.
- Cosmetology license NOT required (but it’s definitely a plus!). We’re looking for personality, professionalism, organization, and someone who’s ready to grow with us.
