NO Pay No Say

By checking, I acknowledge that I will have no say in the color, cut, or other services performed on my hair.

By checking, I give the Curls Gone Wild Salon permission to use my voice, image or likeness, with or without using my name, for the purposes of advertising and promoting the salon, or for other purposes deemed appropriate by the Curls Gone Wild Salon in its reasonable discretion, except to the extent expressly prohibited by law.

By checking, I acknowledge that I will need to put a credit card on file in compliance with our Cancellation/No-Show Policies detailed on our Policies page. Cancellation of a No Pay No Say appointment within 48 hours of the appointment will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee, and a no-show is subject to a $50 fee. If selected, you will be contacted to schedule appointment and collect credit card information.
